We continually assess, monitor and review the environmental impact of all our operations, and make changes and updates wherever necessary.
Minimise and Control Wastewater
We are committed to minimising waste through careful and efficient use of all materials and energy resources, and we control the disposal of wastewater.
We use the latest technology so that as far as the environment is concerned, the glistening clean building is virtually all we leave behind. This technology includes ‘gravel socks’ which are used to divert water away from stormwater drains, suction pumps to remove wastewater for safe disposal, and machinery that is programmed to clean effectively while using less water than a regular garden hose.
Our partnership with Resene provides us with the means to develop and use products that support our commitment to environmental care.
Communicate
We are committed to ensuring that everybody at JT Property Wash are experts on the environmental care requirements to do their job responsibly. We provide regular training and information to all our staff, and have procedures and systems in place to ensure everybody has the most up-to-date information – and, most importantly, to ensure that everybody understands what it means and what their role is in implementing best practice. Environmental performance is incorporated into all service and employment contracts.
